Well it was a nice long weekend for us here. We did a couple projects around the house that we have been wanting to get accomplished. It was also a nice and cool weekend so that we could spend some time outside. I am not really into being hot since I am nine months pregnant and all. I do like to sit and relax on some cool days and read a book while the kids are playing. So this weekend we did have the traditional cookout and enjoyed some time with good friends. It was a really nice time. It was nice to get together with them all before we all start to have our new babies.
Since I am getting to the end of my pregnancy I am always dreaming of the day that I can relax without a baby in my tummy. I want to be able to curl up again and sleep without waking up in the night to use the bathroom. I always feel sleepy and that is to be expected I guess. I would like to go to a spa. Actually I would like to have my very own spa. With all the top new to date spa accessories. It would be very relaxing knowing that it would be my very own business. I have only been to a spa maybe one time in my life. When I was there I was planning that my spa would be so different. I would have salon uniforms on all the workers as well as make my clients feel really comfortable. I think a spa experience should be the most relaxing ever. I would have a little coffee bar as well as self service finger sandwiches. Well all this planning I should get started. Maybe in a few years when my little ones are a wee bit older and in school. I will carry out my own spa dream and have spa uniforms of my very own. Of Course Family would always be free! He he.
Well today I can tell that I am coming to the end of the pregnancy. I am feeling sleepy all the time. Even when I am doing the smallest of things I feel like I could use a nap. We have a lot of work ahead of us these next few weeks with Ben's birthday party and preparing for the baby. Ben still thinks the baby will come as a Christmas gift even though we tell him it will be here sooner. He is pretty excited about having a new brother that is for sure. I am very glad because I never had to deal with a jealousy issue. I am very thankful for that. I have heard some terrible stories and I would not want to worry about that along with a new baby in the house. I am for sure counting down the days now.
One thing I always notice when I go into a business is how professional a place looks. It does not always mean how they take care of the business but how they take care of the workers they have running the business. Lets face it they always say that the customers make the business but in reality it is the workers that make the business. If there was nobody to keep the place open and running then they would not have any customers at all. Well I tend to always look at how the workers are dressed. You know the Uniforms they are wearing. I think it makes a business look much more professional if they are all wearing the same Uniform. It also keeps the workers looking nice and professional rather then a few of them always trying to push the limits of the dress code. Looking for workwear is not that far away. You can get your employees looking professional in no time at all. They deliver the uniforms right to your business. It really makes things simple. You can have the professional look at a low cost. Well my so cute little babies room is almost finished. A friend of mine told me that she would make some valances for the babies room if I went to get some fabric that I wanted to use. So the other day Maddie and I went while Ben was in school. We brought the crib sheet so that we had something to go off of with the colors. Well last night she told me they were finished and ken the kids and I went to their house for a visit and to pick them up. I put them up right when we got home because I was so excited to see them. They look amazing. They are so cute. She did the best job. I sure wish I knew how to sew like she does. I am so thankful for her. So now the room is almost completed.
Well I have to say I am disappointed that I already have a house. It sure is the time to buy a house if you do not have one. You can get a rebate on your taxes next year as well as get some really great deals on some really great houses that are on the market. I and Ken always wanted to get into the house flipping business. There are so many houses that are in foreclosure that are just waiting for people to buy at really cheap prices. You can also contact a realtor and ask questions about the homes and set up an appointment to see them in person. It is the perfect time to buy a house that is for sure. Well I am not really one for getting dirty with the planting in the garden but Ken seems to really like it. He is always excited when he can get his garden started and get the veggies planted. So today since I was out I ran into walmart and picked him up some different seed packets that he wanted for the garden this year. When he gets home from work he said he was going to get that started. It is a nice day for it that's for sure not to hot or to cold. It will be nice to see how it does this year.
I have to say that I love to shop now on the internet. It seems like ti is so much easier these days because I can buy things like all my beauty supplies right online that way it gives me much more of a chance to look at the items before I buy them. It is not that ofter that I get to go to the store alone. So I am usually juggling two little kids soon to be three. They are not the most patient little kids. So when I shop online I get to check out all the stuff that I need right online from my home when the kids are in their beds. Then it gets delivered right to my door step and I never have to leave the house at all. They have so much from beauty supplies to Cosmetics and personal care. I love shopping online at stores like these. Check it out, they have everything you need.
Well I have to say that today I am a little sleepy. Maddie has been waking up early to go to the bathroom. She does go back to sleep after she goes but I can never sleep the same once I am woken up. I do not mind because it is just a part of the potty training but it is a little hard now that I am always waking up to use the bathroom myself since I am preggo. Soon it will be over and we will be up even more. Hopefully the baby will be a great sleeper.
